1. Internal structure

 

The shell of the cryogenic constant temperature tank is made of metal plate, and the control box is directly installed on the water tank. There are two inlet and outlet nozzles of condensate pipes on the side, and the imported water pump is used as the circulating power in the water tank, which solves the problem of uneven temperature water, so that the temperature control accuracy of the instrument and the uniformity of water can meet higher requirements.

The low-temperature constant temperature tank can be circulated internally and externally. The two water inlet and outlet pipes can be used as internal circulation by connecting the two water inlet and outlet pipes with latex tubes. Remove the latex tubes and connect the two water pipes to the water inlet and outlet of the reactor respectively to form an external circulation. Close to the control panel One copper water pipe is the outlet pipe connected to the pump, and the other is the water inlet pipe. Please be careful not to make a wrong connection when connecting, so as to prevent the water from flowing backwards when the machine is turned on. How to use the low temperature constant temperature bath This instrument uses 220V AC power supply. Before use, please make sure that the rated current of the power socket is not less than 10A, and has a safety grounding device (please connect the grounding device in the working room when using it).

When adding water to the low-temperature constant temperature tank, pay attention to not less than 8cm from the upper cover plate. Soft water must be used, distilled water must be used, and hard water such as well water, river water, and spring water must not be used to prevent the heating tube from bursting and affecting the constant temperature sensitivity. Please use it correctly according to the instruction manual of the temperature control instrument, set the required temperature value > first turn on the power, set the required temperature value on the instrument according to the instruction manual, and turn on the cycle switch when the temperature reaches the set temperature, so that All programs enter the normal working state.

 

2. operating principle

 

Low temperature circulator components: compressor, condenser, evaporator, fan (inner and outer) circulation pump, stainless steel liner, heating tube, intelligent temperature control meter.

After the compressor is running, it goes through suction-compression-exhaust-condensation-throttling-and then low-temperature evaporation to absorb heat and vaporize. The water temperature is reduced to the temperature set by the temperature control meter. If the temperature control meter is set higher than room temperature. The contactor in the temperature control meter works automatically, giving the heating tube a current signal, and the heating tube starts to work when it is working in the low temperature constant temperature bath. The inlet and outlet of the whole machine can be used for internal circulation or external circulation of the water source in the machine, and the water source in the machine can also be introduced outside. Make a second constant temperature field outside the low temperature constant temperature tank.
