What is a vacuum drying oven?

The vacuum drying oven is specially designed for drying heat-sensitive, easily decomposed and easily oxidized substances. When working, it can maintain a certain degree of vacuum in the working room, and can fill the interior with inert gas, especially for some items with complex components. Fast drying, using intelligent digital temperature regulator for temperature setting, display and control.

The shell of the electric vacuum drying oven is stamped, folded and welded by steel plate. The surface of the shell is treated with high-strength electrostatic spray coating, and the paint film is smooth and firm. The studio is made of carbon steel plate or stainless steel plate, folded and welded, and the space between the studio and the shell is filled with thermal insulation cotton. There are test sample shelves inside the studio, which are used to place various test items, and mica heaters are installed around the outer wall of the studio. The door seal is sealed with a silicon rubber strip, and there is a sight glass for observation on the door. The evacuation and inflation of the electric vacuum drying oven are controlled by solenoid valves. The electrical box is on the left or lower part of the box. The front panel of the electrical box is equipped with vacuum gauges, temperature control instruments and control switches. Electrical components are installed in the electrical box.

The inside of the vacuum drying oven is divided into several layers by a heating plate. Put hot water or low-pressure steam into the heating plate as the heating medium, place the tray covered with the medicine to be dried on the heating plate, close the door, and vacuum the inside of the box with a vacuum pump. The heating plate heats the medicine to the specified temperature in the circulating flow of the heating medium, and the water starts to evaporate and is gradually sucked away with the vacuum. This equipment is easy to control, can condense and recover the evaporated solvent, and the medicine is not easy to be polluted during the drying process, so it can be used in medicine drying, packaging material sterilization and heat treatment.
